SIM Card Circulation Exceeds Population

The development of the mobile telecommunications industry in indonesia has been felt by 97 percent of 240 million indonesia's population. Based on data from Indonesia Cellular Telecommunications Association (ATSI), the number of subscriber identity module (SIM) cards circulating in the community even more than the total population.

"This is a positive aspect to the role of mobile operators, particularly the complete communications of various segments of society," said Chairman of ATSI, Sarwoto Atmosutarno, told Reuters at the Hotel Indonesia Kempinsky.

The main cause of growth in sales of SIM card is not only the  mobile phone sales, but also other electronic devices. For example, consumers who use mobile Internet access such as tablets and cellular modems.

But, Sarwoto regretted that there is a lot of negative effects arising from the ease of obtaining a SIM card in Indonesia. Which were related to cases of fraud and withdrawal pulses via short messages (SMS) premium.

The man who also Telkomsel's chairman said that each operator has its own way to restore the victim's credit. "Each one uses a call center, then checks and automatically returned the customers pulses," he said.

Recover Your Wet Cell Phone

What if one day your phone fall into pools or to the sink? What would you do? If a disaster like that happens, don't be panic. What should be remembered, do not try to turn on the phone (if directly exposed to water or die after mud). Here are some tips to overcome it.

    1.  Clean It!
Your cell phone fell into the water? Maybe add a splash of water again feels horrible, but indeed
it's what you should do. Hold your phone vertically so that water flows easily, cover the hole
on the phone like an audio jack, USB ports, speakers and microphone as best as you could
with your fingers, then flush with water until clean. Don't add soap even its smelled bad
though. This can be done later after dry.

     2.  Dry It!
The faster you dry a wet cell phone, the better. First, do not turn on the phone or press any
button when the phone is in wet conditions.

Open the phone and remove the battery. Wipe phones with a towel or cloth with fine
fiber (microfiber). Tissue was allowed as long as it's not to shreds and leave the dirt on the
          phone.

There are two other ways. The first is to tapping the phone with carefully into the palm of
your hand until the water comes out. Repeat until there is absolutely no water spots that
appear on all the existing holes, and repeat it again  if necessary. Secondly, use a hair dryer or
          from different angles.

    3.  Leave It To the Expert!
If the steps above fail to revive your phone, then the only way is to take it to a service center.
Given these include user error, the vendors usually do not bear the cost of repair and
replacement of components. That is, you have to pay even if the phone is under warranty.

The best way to avoid this problem is to use a headset so that your phone can be stored safely in your purse or pocket. So, stay out of the rain guys! :D
